Weather Update from the City

We are experiencing some on and off snow in our area which is melting as it reaches pavement.  Heavier snow showers could occur, which may produce light accumulation on grassy and elevated surfaces. If it comes down hard enough, it may dust over pavement for a brief time. The intermittent snow is expected to end this evening.
Bridges and hills were brined yesterday as a precaution and we do not see this being of any concern at this time. Public Works Agency crews are on alert and ready for salting operations if pavement temperatures drop before the roads dry.  Thank you.
