On May 11, Kim Foxx, Cook County State’s Attorney, presented the keynote speech at the 6th annual Moran Center benefit, “Justice Changes Everything” at the Mayne Stage, Chicago.

The Moran Center, which offers an array of legal services to Evanston youth caught up in the criminal justice system, honored the work of four pro bono special education advocates, Kristine Anderson, Rachel Fardon, Sarah Kang, and Donna Wolf, with its Legacy Award.

The “party with a purpose” featured performances by William Dillon, an exonerated felon who served 27 years for murder, and the eclectic hip-hop of Evanston raised ProbCause.
