Annual DaeDaeWorld Weekend Unites Community With Sports, Family and Fun
On Sept. 25 and 26, the Dajae Coleman Foundation (DC3F) will host the third annual DaeDaeWorld Weekend. Held in memory of Evanston youth Dajae “DaeDae” Coleman, who lost his life to gun violence in 2012 at the age of 14, the two-day event will unite the community around the central values of Dajae’s life: family support, determination and positive social interaction. All com-munity members are invited to attend.

New Pastor at Northminster

New Director Appointed at Infant Welfare Society of Evanston
The Infant Welfare Society of Evanston (IWSE) has appointed Stephen Vick as the organization’s new executive director. He will oversee the operation of the organization, including the early childhood education center based programs at Baby Toddler Nursery and Teen Baby Nursery and the home-based Family Support Services, which have helped children and families thrive since 1913.
