Everyone is invited to celebrate the
arrival of spring with a family egg hunt.

The Evanston Ecology Center, 2024 McCormick Blvd., hosts its annual Arboretum Egg Hunt on April 11.

Families may choose from four “hunt” times: 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. Children search for eggs in the Ladd Arboretum and then exchange them for small prizes.

A special area is reserved for children age 1 1/2 to 4 years. Bring a basket or a bag to hold the eggs. Activities and a craft follow the egg hunt. The cost is $4.50/person. Preregistration is required; call 847-448-8256.
