With 16 free concerts in four parks, Evanston‘s 2009 outdoor Starlight Concert Series offers a kaleidoscope of music that spans the summer. The free concerts will be held at 7:30 p.m. on select Tuesday and Thursday evenings, June 18 – Aug. 25.
