Well before the start time, folks were out on
Central Streetsetting up chairs to secure a great place to watch the annual Fourth of July parade, which kicks off at Saturday. Representatives of Evanston‘s new puppet theatre, Theatre Zarko, have been working for days on their entry. One puppet told the RoundTable, “I promise you, you will love this parade!”
