Songstresses Renee Black, Julie Chernoff and Jennifer French of the Woman’s Club of Evanston (WCE) will raise their voices in an effort to raise funds for the community at Cabaret Night, to be held Dec. 3 at the WCE’s historic clubhouse.
The trio will be joined by fellow club member Leigh Anna Reichenbach and accompanied by local musicians Alan Zunamon on piano, Bob Cody on bass and Andy Ratts on drums. Musical selections will range from Broadway and Blues to American Songbook and contemporary favorites.
Tickets are $25 each. A limited number of premium four-seat tables are available for $140.Contact Ticket Manager Claire Caragher at email@example.com to order. The event also will include a cash bar featuring specialty drinks.
All proceeds from the evening’s entertainment will go to the WCE Contributions Fund, which this year will support organizations and programs facing economic challenges. The money distributed may be used for programming or capacity building to strengthen and sustain organizations in Evanston and the surrounding communities.
