The new season of Kids Fare, the popular children’s concert series presented by Northwestern University’s Henry and Leigh Bienen School of Music, is underway.
Each hour-long performance, led by Northwestern faculty members, guest artists and students, is designed to awaken creativity in children aged 3 to 8. Concerts, which begin at 10:30 a.m., are open to the public.
On Nov. 7 Kids Fare will present a program by Boomshaka, Northwestern’s drum, dance and rhythm ensemble, featuring rhythm, movement and choreography in Pick-Staiger Concert Hall, 50 Arts Circle Drive.
