Chicago Real Estate Daily, an arm of Crain’s Chicago Business, reports that two tenants are leasing space in the former Barnes & Noble space on the northeast corner of Church Street and Sherman Avenue. The two businesses, Andy’s Frozen Custard Inc. and Clearwire Corp., will lease space on the ground floor of the two-floor space, according to Crain’s.

Andy’s is based in Springfield, Mo., and hopes to open by May, the article says. It also says, “Clearwire Corp., which has begun a marketing blitz here of its Clear ISP service, has leased about 2,500 square feet …  for what will be its second Chicago-area store.” Clearwire is also reportedly hoping to open its store this spring.
