Humans have been tantalized by the cocoa bean for nearly 4,000 years. Participants will learn even more about chocolate as they make their own chocolates at the Levy Center, 300 Dodge Ave. Two sessions are scheduled on March 26: 10 a.m. – noon and 1-3 p.m. The cost is $8 per person, which will include a booklet and all the chocolates each persons makes in class.
