CityFit, a new personal training and mobility coaching studio at 2120 Central St., will hold its grand opening from noon to 3 p.m. on April 17. Guests can enter the “Guess the Calories” contest and meet with a comfort specialist from Jockey, which will have women’s active clothing available to try on and purchase.

Dorothy Chaveriat, owner of CityFit, is a fitness professional with 17 years in the industry. She is a certified [zhealth] practitioner. She will be talking about the concept of neural chunking and how it can help or hinder movement. Guests will also be able to participate in mobility drills to get a taste of what CityFit is all about.
