The Kiwanis Club of Evanston will hold its second No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament of the year on Sunday, October 3. The event will take place at Tommy Nevin’s Pub, 1450-58 Sherman Ave. in Evanston from noon-5 p.m.
According to Dave Davenport, chair of the event, “Our first event proved to be so popular we thought we would hold another one.” The tournament benefits the Kiwanis Club of Evanston Foundation which has contributed over $150,000 to community organizations in the past five years.
