On Oct 20, Police Chief Richard Eddington told the RoundTable the victim was in stable condition. He said police are “uncertain about the motive” but are focused on a person of interest. He said that “as nearly as we can tell,” this shooting was not related to the shooting death of Marcus Davis on Sept. 30.
