The Mental Health Association of the North Shore in collaboration with Evanston/Skokie School District 65 announces “Bullying and the Bystander,”  a forum to discuss bullying, on October 27, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Oakton Elementary School, 436 Ridge Avenue. Parents with children are welcome as childcare and youth activities will be provided.
