City of Evanston 2011 vehicle stickers will be available for purchase at the City’s Revenue Office (Collector’s Office) and online on Nov. 1. City ordinance requires all vehicles registered to an Evanston address to pay an annual wheel tax and properly display a valid City vehicle sticker.

Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave. Regular business hours for the City’s Revenue Office are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Residents are encouraged to purchase their stickers early.

If you applied for and received a discount card last year, it will still be valid this year. Seniors that do not have a discount card may apply for one in the Parks, Recreation & Community Services Office, located in the Morton Civic Center or at the Levy Senior Center. Questions about income requirements should be directed to the Levy Senior Center at 847/448-8250 or aging@cityofevanston.org.
The City has mailed out more than 41,000 applications for vehicle stickers. Because of this high volume of letters there is potential for a few residents to receive the incorrect application or not to receive an application due to not having filed an address change with the Secretary of State or for other reasons. If this is the case, please contact the City’s Revenue Office to obtain the correct form at 847/866-2926.
