School District 65 families of returning students entering grades 3 and 6 must complete and return registration materials to the JEH Education Center on or before June 17, 2011. Return completed registration materials by mail, fax, e-mail or delivery to JEH Education Center.
Families needing assistance may register in person at the JEH Education Center, 1500 McDaniel Avenue, June 7 (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.), June 8 (12 p.m.-7pm), or June 9 (7 a.m.-3 p.m.). Families are asked to notify the school principal if their child will not be attending a District 65 school next year. If a student’s custody or guardianship changed, in-person registration at the JEH Education Center is required.
All families new to the district, including those whose children are entering kindergarten, must register in person at JEH Education Center. Questions about student registration, required documents, etc. can be directed to 847-492-5887.
