The North Shore Mosquito Abatement District will conduct targeted adult mosquito control operations in portions of Evanston on Aug. 8 and 9, between the hours of 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. each night, weather permitting. Essentially all of the City will be treated over those two night: Monday east, west and south Evanston and Tuesday north and northwestern Evanston with Simpson Street serving as the rough dividing point between the two days of operations.
