Whether you live, work, worship, or shop here in Evanston, you know that we pride ourselves on being a diverse community. And yet, we still struggle, becoming polarized or talking all AROUND the issue, when conversations or community decisions might involve race. It’s time to sit down and talk THROUGH it, rather than around it We want to gather community members and, with trained facilitators, join in dialogue, activities, discussion of videos, and envisioning an Evanston built on equity.
