UNICEF Regional Board Chair Retires

On Sept. 1, Paul Harvey of Evanston stepped down as the board chair for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF’s Midwest Region Board of Directors.

Since 2004 Mr. Harvey has co-chaired several events and helped raise $6.5 million for the Accelerated Child Survival initiative. Though he is no longer board chair, he continues to support the efforts of UNICEF.

These efforts include field visits to some of the hardest hit countries in the world to Trick-or-Treating for UNICEF with their children. The Board for the Midwest office of UNICEF has dedicated their time to helping children across the world.
