Cook County Commissioner Larry Suffredin (13th District) and Board of Review Commissioner Mike Cabonargi and Evanston Township Assessor Bonnie Wilson encourage residents to attend a free property tax seminar for residential property owners in Evanston Township. The seminar will be held on between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Oct. 13, at Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center, 1655 Foster St.
