School District 65 will hold the first of three community forums on Nov. 14 between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Joseph E. Hill Education Center, 1500 McDaniel. A notice says the forum will provide an opportunity for District 65 residents “to share input about plans for a new school in District 65.”
According to the notice, members of the community may speak or complete comment cards at the meeting. A sign-up sheet and comment cards will be available at the meeting. Speaker time and free-flowing dialogue with the Board will be limited depending upon the number of speakers.
Two additional opportunities for public input about plans for a new school are scheduled for Nov. 16 from 7 p.m to 9 p.m. and on Nov. 21 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Both of thesecommunity meetings will be held at the Joseph E. Hill Education Center.
