Guest chefs include The Hearty Boys, winners of the first season of “Food Network Stars”; Vince di Battista of Campagnola; Jeff Perin of Davis Street Fishmarket; Jonadab Silva of Hota (formerly Jacky’s on Prairie); Geoff Felsenthal of the International Institute of Art, Chicago; and Victor Hernandez of Stained Glass Bistro. Whiseky samplings will be provided by event sponsor FEW Spirits, and wine tastings are being provided by event sponsor Schaefer’s Wines, Foods & Spirits.
Tickets for the event are $100. Signature appetizers and desserts, whiskey sampling and wine tasting from 6 – 9 pm. Live auction begins at 7:30 pm.
