The National Alliance on Mental Illness, (NAMI) Cook County North Suburban Chapter, will offer the Family-to-Family Education Program, a 12-week course for families of loved ones dealing with serious mental illness. The classes will meet in Evanston on Saturday mornings, Feb. 4 – April 21, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Evanston Civic Center at 2100 Ridge Ave. 

This course is free and is taught by trained family members who have lived the experience.  Course topics include the major mental illnesses, treatments
and medications, services available, communication and coping strategies.
