Evanston Township High School is offering its popular Wildkit Academy program for the 2012-13 school year to help students reach their academic goals. Offered during selected Saturdays each month, Wildkit Academy provides students with academic support from teachers and staff.

The program is open to all current ETHS students with a student ID. No pre-registration is required. The first session of this school year will be held on Sept. 22, with an optional breakfast at 8:15 a.m., followed by two morning academic support sessions at 9 a.m. and 10:35 a.m. Students may attend one or both of the sessions.

Wildkit Academy now includes support in Advanced Placement (AP) coursework, a valuable resource during the weeks of AP exams. Many students also attend specific sessions to work on earned honors assessments, collaborate with classmates on group projects, or hold informal study groups.
