Nominations are being sought for the Mayor of Evanston’s Award for the Arts and the Evanston Arts Council’s Leadership Award. Recipients are selected from nominations submitted by the public at large.
The public is encouraged to nominate a business that has supported the arts, or an individual representing a business who provided support with the direct backing and involvement of the business. Nominations also are being sought for the sixth annual Evanston Arts Council’s Arts & Business Committee Leadership Award.

Nomination forms for both awards are available online at www.cityofevanston.org/mayorsaward and at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center, 927 Noyes St., Evanston.
Nominations must be received by 5 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2013. The 2012 awards will be presented at the Annual State of the City Address and Mayor’s Award for the Arts Luncheon, scheduled for March 8.
