The Infant Welfare Society of Evanston (IWSE) held its second annual fundraising event, “Warm Your Palate,” last month at Now We’re Cookin’.

Celebrating IWSE’s Centennial, local chefs took the crowd of 120 guests on a culinary excursion as they sampled signature appetizers and desserts.

The evening raised more than $34,000, which will support IWSE’s programs providing high-quality early childhood education and family support services for teen parents and low-income families with young children in the city of Evanston and the surrounding communities.
