For 25 years, Housing Options, one of Evanston’s longstanding community organizations, has been providing hope, life-saving mental health services and permanent supportive housing to individuals in recovery from mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and major depression. Housing Options helps men and women with mental illnesses find homes and employment and live active lives in the Evanston community.
Housing Options Executive Director, Debbie Bretag said, “This major gifts-matching campaign is an ideal way for Housing Options to expand our individual giving base and provide capacity building funds essential to growing our services to better meet the need for affordable housing and mental health services in our community.”
