With just 10 members, Evanston’s Kiwanis Breakfast Club may be the smallest civic club in town. But its members say the inspiration from its larger past, and the promise and need of the future, keep it moving in this City of ever-evolving needs.

On a Thursday morning in late March, club members gathered at the McGaw Y to welcome recipients of the club’s donations. President John Mroczka welcomed the guests and then presented donations to representatives of 14 human services agencies throughout the Evanston area.
