The pink firetrucks, the pink bus and the gigantic silver Ribbon of Hope brought attention to this corner of the plaza. This tour was created by Dave Graybill in 2001 to use public safety organizations to promote health awareness.
The Pink Heals Tour and members of the Evanston Health, Fire and Police departments participated in the event, along with Blooming Campers from Fleetwood-Jourdain and young people from the Mayor’s Summer Youth Employment Programs Community Service Team.
