Glaser Claims 8th All-around at CSL South Gym Meet

Andrea Glaser earned top 8 finishes in three events Saturday for the Evanston girls gymnastics team at the Central Suburban League South division championship meet held at Maine South.

Glaser placed 8^th in the all-around competition with a score of 34.30, just off her season best. She took 7^th on both balance beam and floor exercise, and added an 11^th place effort on uneven bars and a 14^th place finish on vault.

Other standouts for ETHS included Clara Gruger, 17^th all-around with a score of 30.3; Lucy Bowser, 18^th all-around at 29.4; and Shannon Fitzgibbons, 19^th all-around at 27.8.

New Trier claimed its fourth straight conference title with a team total of 144.145. Following in order were Glenbrook South (140.225), Maine South (139.625), Niles West (129.225) and Evanston (123.100).
