Due to the large snowfall in Evanston, a Snow Route Parking Ban has been declared for Wed., Feb. 5 and Thurs., Feb. 6. On Wed., Feb. 5, the Snow Parking Ban will begin at 11 p.m. and end at 6 a.m. on Thursday. On Thurs., Feb. 6, the Snow Parking Ban will begin at 11 p.m. and end at 6 a.m. on Friday. Also, a Snow Emergency will be in effect between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Thurs., Feb. 6 and Fri., Feb. 7.SNOW ROUTE PARKING BAN During the Snow Route Parking Ban, main thoroughfares in Evanston designated as Snow Routes (map here>>>) will be cleared first, and parking is illegal on these streets between 11 p.m. on Wed., Feb. 5 through 6 a.m., Thurs., Feb. 6. Additionally, it will be illegal to park on these streets between 11 p.m. on Thurs., Feb. 6 through 6 a.m., Fri., Feb. 7.
