Early Voting in Illinois for the March 18th Primary election started on March 3 and continues through March 15. Early Voting is now easier than ever, with many locations across the city and suburbs. People may vote early in Evanston at the Loraine H. Morton Civic Center at 2100 Ridge Ave. between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday through Saturday and between 9 a.m. through 3 p.m. on Sundays.
State law requires early voters to display valid identification to an election official before receiving a ballot to vote early. Valid forms of ID include: a current driver’s license, state-issued ID card or another government-issued ID with a photograph.
