Evanston Property Management Training Series April 7-10

The Community Investment Corporation (CIC), in conjunction with the City of Evanston, will offer a four-night Property Management Training Series for Evanston apartment landlords and property managers beginning Monday, April 7 through Thursday, April 10. The four-day program will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge Ave.

Property managers and landlords will learn from experts as they discuss a variety of topics, including marketing and tenant selection, landlord and tenant ordinance, tax appeals, conflict mediation, financing, fair housing, housing choice vouchers and more.
