At its awards ceremony last month, the Northern Illinois Scholastic Press Association (NISPA) awarded a Gold Certificate and a Golden Eagle to The Evanstonian, the newspaper of Evanston Township High School. The Golden Eagle is presented for “overall excellence” and is the highest level of distinction that NISPA awards.
