At the June 2 District 65 School Board meeting, the Evanston Skokie Council of PTAs presented a special award to Mindy Wallis who has been active in the King Lab PTA, the Evanston Township High School PTSA and the PTA Council for more than 15 years. She served as president of the PTA Council during 2008-2010.
