City of Evanston’s annual Food Truck Fest and Starlight Concert comes to Brummel Park on July 15 with food truck comestibles and the music of RythmRockets, a Chicago-based soul collective.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., community members can purchase food from Hummingbird Kitchen, The Kitchen, The Tamale Spaceship, Sweet Ride, Taquero Fusion, 5411 Empanadad and Chicago Cupcake, Grill Chasers and Pierogi Wagon.

“I am thrilled to be celebrating the fourth year of the Food Truck Festival at the Starlight Concert at Brummel Park. We have added three new food trucks this year and it is always a celebration of great food and music,” said  Alderman Ann Rainey, 8th Ward.

In the event of inclement weather, rain site information will be available after 4:30 p.m. on the show date by calling 847-448-8058 or 311, (847-448-4311 outside Evanston). The rain site for this concert is the Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge Ave.
