Enjoy your favorite coffee drink while chatting with Officer Reggie Napier from the Evanston Police Department (EPD) and a School Resource Officer from ETHS on Wednesday, September 17 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Perla Café, 1813 Dempster St., Evanston.

“Coffee with a Cop” builds upon the Evanston Police Department’s community policing efforts within the city and provides a casual space for community members to chat with officers to ask questions, share concerns or simply talk about sports over a “cup-o-joe,” or a drink of your choice.

Multiple casual events will be planned throughout the city at various times to accommodate all those interested in speaking with an officer in a more familiar setting. Dates and locations for additional upcoming “Coffee with a Cop” events will be confirmed in the coming months.
