Foundation 65 has received two significant grants, totaling $180,000, to support program development and operations over the next three years. The Lewis-Sebring Family Foundation’s gift of $150,000 and Northwestern University’s $30,000 grant will support arts and literacy programs that significantly impact students throughout District 65.

The Lewis-Sebring Family Foundation has been a key and valued supporter of Foundation 65, previously providing generous support for strategic planning, infrastructure growth and programming.  It is tied to three families with long connections to Evanston schools: Chuck Lewis and Penny Sebring, Peter and Rachel Lewis, and Casey Lewis Varela and George Varela.
