Clare Tallon Ruen, founder of Lake Dance, has received a grant to do a year-long project in Evanston public schools about water. Part of the project is to take every third-grader and every sixth-grader to Evanston’s water treatment plant, the dunes at Lighthouse Beach or an Adopt-a-Beach clean-up day or both.
