Parents of children with special needs can be blindsided by issues they face when their children’s development is atypical. All are welcome to connect with a wide variety of local organizations that provide services for special needs families, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Community Meeting Room of the Main Library, 1703 Orrington Ave.

Among the organizations represented will be  CASE, JJ’s List/No Boundaries, Center for Independent Futures, Special Gifts Theater, Cherry Preschool, Have Dreams and Northshore Pediatric Therapy. Attendees can discover the many resources available across our community and meet others who may face similar issues.

The event is free and open to the public.
