Evanston Police detectives are investigating a shooting of two Evanston males that occurred at about 2 p.m. on Jan. 26 in the area of Custer and Brummel Street, said Commander Joseph Dugan of the Evanston Police Department. An 18-year old was shot in the knee, and a 20-year old suffered a graze wound, said the Commander.  Both injuries appear to be non-life threatening, and the males were treated at St. Francis Hospital. Police detectives are currently pursuing leads. The incident appears to be gang related, said the Commander.
