Evanston community members are invited to attend an open house public meeting regarding planned improvements on Central St. and Green Bay Rd.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, March 12, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in the 4th floor Parasol Room of the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave. This is the second public meeting regarding the project, which will include improvements on Central St., from Hartrey to Eastwood Avenues, and Green Bay Rd., from Isabella to Harrison Streets.
The meeting will include a presentation of data, concept designs and exhibits by City of Evanston staff and project consultants. Attendees will also be able to provide feedback on updated concept designs and improvement options.
The purpose of the meeting is to understand identified areas of concern, analysis of traffic data and existing conditions, and project timing.
