EVANSTON, IL (March 30, 2015) – H.E.R. Women’s Ministry, a ministry of the First Church of God Christian Life Center in Evanston, presents its 2015 women’s weekend retreat. Open to all women of faith and those seeking to build upon their faith, the retreat is titled “Daring Daughters: Daughter of Zelophehad (Numbers 27:1-11). It will be held the weekend of May 15-17, at Chicago/Hilton Indian Lakes Resort, 250 W. Schick Rd., Bloomingdale, IL.
The H.E.R. Leadership Team is excited to announce the schedule for the retreat. The weekend will include the following:
Friday: Evening Welcome Reception, Fellowship and other activities
Saturday: Breakfast, Workshops, Evening Banquet
Sunday: Breakfast; Morning Service, 10:00 a.m., First Church of God Evanston. Guest speaker, Minister Tatum Osbourne, from Refuge Church of God, Brooklyn, NY. Refuge Church of God, located in the Bed-Stuy section, is an invigorating and vital worshipping community.
Minister Osbourne is a worshipper, wife, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur with a heart to see people reach their God-given destinies. She is co-founder of TKO Ministries, a non-profit evangelistic organization that is devoted to declaring the gospel of Jesus Christ, equipping believers for ministry, caring for the poor, underprivileged and marginalized persons in our society. As CEO of BE U Enterprises, LLC, she works to educate, inspire and advance the wellbeing of the total woman, through life coaching, events, networking and publishing.
The cost for the weekend retreat covers two hotel nights, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, Friday night reception, and Saturday night banquet.
