The City of Evanston encourages community members to complete the “Age Friendly Evanston!” survey and provide feedback to help create a more livable community. Based on survey responses, the “Age Friendly Evanston!” Task Force will work with the Evanston City Council and staff to develop a three-year action plan to help achieve age friendly goals. Community members must complete the survey by midnight on June 19.
The printed version of the survey is also available in Spanish. Please note that all responses will be kept confidential.
