For the fourth consecutive year, Alden Estates of Evanston, 2520 Gross Point Road, has been ranked as one of the best facilities in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. The short-term rehabilitation center, which specializes in transitional care and post-acute services, received five stars based on health inspections, nurse staffing and quality of care.
“We have a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond in providing excellent patient care,” said Emily Hanson, administrator. “Thanks to the team, we have out-standing patient outcomes year after year.”
Alden Estates of Evanston recently celebrated a grand reopening after completing a total top-to-bottom renovation. The short-term rehabilitation center now is focused on post-acute services and transitional care, as well as an optimal transition from hospital
to home for patients following orthopedic surgery, a heart attack, stroke or neurological injury.
