The City of Evanston’s Youth and Young Adult Division sponsored Back to School Haircut Day on Aug. 30. Volunteer professionals from Ebony and Cutting Edge barbershops donated their time so that 70 Evanston children received free back to school haircuts, school supplies, and lunch.
