The City of Evanston will open two facilities for viewing of the National League Wildcard Playoff Game featuring the Chicago Cubs and Pittsburgh Pirates. Fans who don’t have access to cable television or who simply want to watch the game with their neighbors are invited to drop by the Levy Center or Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center on Wed., Oct. 7. The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

Parking and admission is free; be sure to bring money for the vending machine if you would like refreshments.
The Levy Center is located at 300 Dodge Ave.; Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center is located at 1655 Foster St. For more information, please call/text 847-448-4311. For convenience, residents may call 311 directly while in Evanston.
