The City of Evanston’s Information Technology Division has scheduled a network maintenance period this Friday, February 5, beginning at 9:30 p.m., and lasting for a minimum of 30 minutes up to a maximum of four hours. During this time, the City of Evanston and the Evanston Public Library’s websites, email and non-emergency phone services will be unavailable. There will be no impact to radio services or 911.
During the outage, residents with non-emergency police issues may dial 847-878-2382 or 312-448-3297. Residents should continue to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
