Evanston’s public buildings will be brightened with local artwork, thanks to the City’s new Public Art Loan program, which matches Evanston artists with City-owned facilities to display their work.

Artists interested in having their work displayed for approximately one year are invited to fill out an application and upload samples of their work online, at Participating artists will receive an honorarium of $150 if their work is on display for more than nine months and will also have their work featured on the City’s social media channels.
