In honor of Johannes Brahms’ 183rd birthday, OPUS 327 NFP presents “An Evening with Brahms” on May 7 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 939 Hinman Ave.
Featured on the program will be Brahms’ Piano Quintet in F Minor, Opus 34 plus three Brahms’ klavierstucke. Dr. Salvatore Spina will be at the keyboard with the balance of the quintet, John Robinson, Diane Duraffourg, Melissa Kirk, and Walter Preucil, all members of the Lyric Opera orchestra.
General admission tickets are $20 and are available at the door.
